DR. GOODROOF, INC. APE Roof Tile Company, combined with Dr. GOODROOF, INC.  Roofing Company, has offered both roof tile manufacturing and installations of concrete tiles since 1954. 

Today, DR. GOODROOF, INC. APE Roof Tile Company is one of the oldest manufacturers of extruded roof tiles in the state of Florida.  Extruded roof tile is now fairly typical throughout the roof tile industry – worldwide. 

WHAT ARE APE ROOF TILES? 

APE Roof Tiles (American Produced for Excellence) are roofing tiles made of a dense mixture of Portland Cement, blended aggregates and pigment.  APE Roof Tile captures the ruggedness and warmth of the Mediterranean. 

APE Roof Tiles are available in:

  • Double Roman High-Profile Ceetile, Flat Slate with Smooth Surface and Split Shake with Scratched Surface.

APE Roof Tiles can be surface colored (Slurry) or color impregnated (Color Thru).  There are 12 standard colors available (including Natural Grey) and more than 300 custom colors to choose from.
