LIMITED ROOF TILE WARRANTY 

(OWNERS LIFETIME OR 50 YEARS) 

Roofing tile has been used for hundreds of years. Some that have been installed several hundred years ago are still in use. The Tile Manufacturer warrants that A.P.E. tile will pass all moisture absorption and compression tests, as established by the International Conference of Building Officials. Our manufacturing warranty is limited to providing one replacement tile for each tile that does not pass the above tests. This warranty does not include any warranty for color change or variation in shades. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and includes no liability for any other damages.
